For a booking enquiry we collect the necessary data: name, e-mail address, telephone, stay details and the chosen package, as well as technical data of your visit (IP address, browser, language).
We do not collect sensitive data. Your payment details are never stored on our servers, but processed directly by our secure payment service provider.
Booking data is processed for the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The sending of the journal is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time.
Accounting records are retained on the basis of a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
