The schedule, depending on the notice.

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. The following schedule applies:

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund (100%).
• Between 30 and 15 days: 70% refunded (retention of 30%).
• Less than 15 days: no refund (full retention).
• No-show: no refund.

When the stay cannot take place.

If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure (natural disaster, official travel ban, airport closure, war, civil unrest, health measures), an equivalent package, a postponement or a full refund of the amounts paid is offered. No further compensation may be claimed.

Change of date.

A change (dates, package, number of persons) must be requested in writing; we will accommodate it subject to availability. Requests less than 15 days before arrival are treated as a cancellation under the schedule above.

How repayment is made.

Refunds are made via the same means of payment as used for the booking. Any non-refunded bank transaction fees may be deducted from the refund.

Westklippe Surf Camp Mirleft.

Westklippe is a full-board surf camp in the centre of Mirleft (Morocco), specialising in accommodation as well as surf and discovery trips. It is operated as a premium house and is licensed by the regional tourism directorate of Souss-Massa.
