Westklippe organises and operates surf and discovery stays in the centre of Mirleft (Morocco): accommodation, full board, supervised surf lessons, return transfer from Agadir airport as well as trips to the surf spots.
These terms apply to any person of legal age who books a stay. Not included, unless stated otherwise: flights, personal expenses, insurance and medical costs.
The booking enquiry is made via the website or by e-mail. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the stay price; the balance is payable no later than 15 days before arrival. Payment by bank transfer or card.
A written confirmation with the stay details, the amount and the practical arrangements is then sent.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amounts paid. Between 30 and 15 days: retention of 30% of the stay price. Less than 15 days: retention of the entire amount.
The details are set out in the refund policy (/legal/refund-policy). Requests for changes (dates, package, number of persons) are reviewed subject to availability.
Neither party is liable for a failure due to an event beyond its reasonable control: natural disaster, official travel ban, airport closure, war, civil unrest, health measures.
If Westklippe cancels the stay for such a reason, an equivalent package, a postponement or a full refund is offered, without any further compensation.
Westklippe is liable for the proper provision of the services described in the confirmation. No liability in the event of force majeure, fault of the participant (disregard of the safety instructions, inappropriate behaviour) or default of an outside third party.
Surfing and water sports are undertaken at your own responsibility. Taking out travel insurance (illness, repatriation, third-party liability, cancellation) is strongly recommended.
The law applicable at the place of performance, in Mirleft (Morocco), is decisive. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the participant's habitual residence apply insofar as they are more favourable to them.
Complaints must be communicated in writing, as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after the end of the stay. The parties shall first seek an amicable solution.
Otherwise, the courts at the seat of the surf camp have jurisdiction; a different regime may apply if the law of the participant's place of residence so provides. Contact: kontakt@westklippe.com.
