DOK WK-BER-Q2-25-26 · ANNEX TO AV-26 § 6PUBLISHED 04.04.2026
stay report · quarter 02 · 13 calendar weeks

Q2 · Midwinter 25-26. February swells, two force-majeure cases, a change of crew.

Reporting period 05.01.2026 – 31.03.2026 · KW 02 to KW 13 · 13 calendar weeks · 86 stays · 172 guests · 602 sessions planned, 541 held (89.9 %). Weather cases under § 6 of the stay contract: two (KW 08 storm "Cassandra", KW 11 storm "Bertram"). Crew change: Coach 2 replaced as of 01.03.2026. The closing report for the 25-26 season follows after the inventory, by 31.05.2026.

§ 1OVERVIEW · STAYS AND GUESTS

Occupancy compared with Q2 24-25.

Over the reporting period a total of 86 stays were carried out with 172 guests. Of these, 54 · were 05N stays, 23 · 07N stays, 9 · 10N stays. Compared with Q2 24-25 (78 stays, 156 guests) this represents an increase in occupancy of + 10.3 %.

The increase is mainly attributable to the 10N package (prior year: 4 stays; reporting quarter: 9). The 10N package was offered year-round for the first time in the 25-26 season, which explains the increase.

§ 2SESSION BALANCE

Session delivery 89.9 % — below the season average of 95 %.

The quarterly cancellation rate of 10.1 % lies above the season mean of 5.0 %, but is explained by the two force-majeure events documented in §3. Adjusting for Cassandra (KW 08) and Bertram (KW 11) gives an adjusted cancellation rate of 1.5 %, well below the mean.
