Yes. The lesson starts on the sand, then in the whitewater, at the beach break 20 m from the school, with one coach for 8 surfers at most. Board and wetsuit are provided.
Easily: sessions are in small groups and dinners at the same table. In a shared room you meet people fast; a private room is also available.
Fly to Agadir, then 1 h 30 by road. The return shuttle is optional at €50 per person: you tick it in your quote.
