The subject of the contract is the 5-night stay at Surfcamp Westklippe Mirleft (Morocco) for the period defined in the specification above. The stay covers accommodation, board, surf instruction and transfer from Agadir airport per the values stated there.

Deposit € 330 per person within 5 working days of availability confirmation; balance due 14 days before arrival. In case of late payment, the claim to the booked place lapses after a reminder with a 3-working-day deadline.

Included: accommodation, full board, surf instruction, board & wetsuit, AGA transfer. Not included: flights, travel and surf insurance, personal tips, meals outside the camp.

Cancellation by the guest: more than 30 days before arrival — deposit refunded (€ 20 handling). 30–14 days — deposit forfeited. fewer than 14 days — full price due. Cancellation by the camp only in case of force majeure (§ 6).

Minimum level 2 is checked on the first day on site by the camp management. If the assessment differs, an adjusted session plan is offered or the session level corrected downward at no surcharge. No surcharge and no refusal apply.

Should wind and waves render more than half the sessions unusable (assessed by the camp management from local buoy readings), the stay is extended with a voucher for the pro-rata package or rebooked. No cash refund in case of force majeure.
